Vivienne Westwood's Hatmaker Prudence Millinery is to design a one of a kind Gold Label hat especially for Miss Polly Rae. Prudence, says she is looking forward to designing this piece with Polly and they are hoping to come up with a sensational 1940s vintage creation. More to follow.
